Submit Open Paper

Who can submit an open paper talk?

Any faculty member at any institution can submit an open paper talk. This is a great venue for faculty to share new and exciting data from their labs!

Open papers are individual short (10 minute) talks by faculty members. They do not need to fit within existing symposia, however the Program Committee may decide to group thematically related talks together. Open paper presenters will be asked to bring their slides on a flash drive and must use the conference laptop. Laptop will be equipped with the latest versions of PowerPoint and Keynote

Not all open papers can be accommodated and priority will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. Open papers will be additionally judged based on data quality, originality, general interest, and fit with overall conference themes.

Registration for speakers

All open paper speakers will have to register for the meeting and cover their own travel and lodging expenses.
